I started by spinning up phpmyadmin I didn’t care about the settings as I was only going to use it for a bit. At first i tried moving files 1 by 1 but when that gave error I moved all the files I had in my mount and tried to login it said my login was wrong so I tried my wordpress login which worked. I navigated to the pages table and was horrified to see it only have 4 rows. As a last hope I restored a older copy of the db I had from just after the fail. When I checked this time there were 159 posts and a quick check showed I was all there!!
